Description [src]
Subtracts every count in other from the matching count in vec.
A count that would go below 0 leaves vec invalid, as does a
situation where vec is smaller than other. Use
ipuz_charset_vec_subset() to make sure the operation
will succeed when the subtraction is not already known to be safe.
